Eugene DePasquale, Democratic candidate for attorney general, made his case by telling his supporters he would protect reproductive rights and telling voters about his wife’s experience with an ectopic pregnancy.

“This procedure is now illegal in five states,” he said. “Women are fleeing these states. That’s why they come to Pennsylvania and other states.”
