MIND, Neb. (KSNB) – The Kearney County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal crash Tuesday morning.

The two-vehicle crash was reported at 10:18 a.m. at the intersection of County Road B and County Road 23, about two miles east of Wilcox.
