Harris had been expected to attend an election night party at Howard University on Tuesday, but she later canceled her appearance when it became clear that Trump had a path to victory. Her campaign co-chair, Cedric Richmond, confirmed to the press that Harris would instead return to Howard today to speak to supporters.
