Where to Watch Bengals vs. Ravens: NFL Kickoff Time, Live Stream, Odds, Prediction for “TNF” Game of Week 10

Week 10 in the NFL begins Thursday night at M&T Bank Stadium, where the Baltimore Ravens will host the Cincinnati Bengals.

Baltimore enters this game with a 6-3 record and has won six of its last seven games after an 0-2 start. Cincinnati, meanwhile, also started on the wrong foot, stumbling to a 1-4 record before steadying itself with three wins last month.

These two division rivals met earlier this season and it was one of the most memorable duels of the first half of the year. Baltimore secured the win after going on a 10-0 run in the fourth quarter that forced overtime. In overtime, it looked like a Lamar Jackson fumble would give the Ravens a loss, but a missed 53-yard field goal by Bengals placekicker Evan McPherson gave Baltimore new life, and they finished with a chip -Shot game for money -Winner by Justin Tucker.

If this matchup is anything like the previous matchup, we’re in for quite a game. For more information on this game and how to watch it, check out our full preview below.

Where to watch the Bengals at the Ravens

When the Bengals have the ball

Joe Burrow had one of his best performances of the season in Week 9 when the Bengals quarterback scored five touchdowns in a win over Las Vegas. The last time he scored that many points was in Week 5 against these Ravens, albeit in a loss. Aside from five passing touchdowns, Burrow had little trouble taking over Baltimore’s secondary as he completed 30 of his 39 passes for a season-high 392 yards. Attacking the Ravens through the air will likely be the plan of attack once again, as they are allowing 7.4 yards per pass attempt, which is third-highest in the league.

His favorite for this game will be star wideout Ja’Marr Chase, who exploded last time out against Baltimore. In Week 5, Chase had ten catches for 193 yards and two receiving touchdowns. That was the third-highest total receiving yards of his career.

While Chase was dominant, Cincinnati’s offense will suffer a setback as it will likely be without receiver Tee Higgins, who remains sidelined with a quadriceps injury. He is officially considered questionable as to whether he can play. This season, the Bengals are averaging 28.6 points per game when Higgins plays compared to 23.3 points per game when he plays, so he’s almost six points ahead. The team is also 1-3 without him, compared to 3-2 with him this year.

To pick up the slack in football, Cincinnati could opt to lean on Chase Brown and the ground game. Brown posted a career-high 157 yards from scrimmage last week and scored five touchdowns in his last six games. With Zack Moss (neck) sidelined indefinitely, the Bengals traded for Khalil Herbert, who could also handle touches in the backfield.

When the Ravens have the ball

Baltimore boasted one of the NFL’s strongest offenses in the first half of the year. A large part of this is due to the duo of Jackson and Derrick Henry crushing opponents on the ground. Henry has already scored a total of 11 rushing touchdowns and has over 1,000 yards (1,052) on the ground. While Henry has been exceptionally good this season, the Bengals quietly contained him well for much of their last game before he exploded in overtime. During regulation in Week 5, Henry had 30 yards on 11 carries and a touchdown. However, in overtime, he rushed for 62 yards on four attempts.

If they play more like they did during regular time, that could slow Henry down a bit in this game. However, this would simply give Jackson the opportunity to drop back and pass, which he has done at an elite level this season. Jackson currently leads the NFL in yards per pass attempt (9.3) and passer rating (120.7) and is tied for the lead in TD-INT ratio. His outlet was Zay Flowers, who received 100 or more receiving yards in four of his last five games, including a 111-yard performance against this Bengals secondary.

Key matchup Bengals vs. Ravens

Headshot of the player

After a slow start to the season, Mark Andrews has slowly been getting going in recent weeks. He has four receiving touchdowns in his last four games and has a strong matchup this week. The Bengals have been vulnerable to opposing tight ends all season and have thrown the fourth-most touchdowns at the position in the league. Andrews also posted a season-high 55 yards receiving against them earlier this year. If he is cleared for this game, coupled with the continued strong play of Jackson, Henry and Flowers, it will be difficult – if not impossible – for the Bengals to slow down this offense.

forecast

I don’t assume that an extension will be necessary for this duel this time. The Ravens are playing too well to fade right now, and the trends point favorably towards them on Thursday night. Baltimore is 4-0 ATS in its last four meetings against the Bengals, and Jackson has been the starter in this game in the past with a record of 9-1 in a row. While the Bengals are a perfect 4-0 ATS on the road this season, that’s a little paltry considering three of those road trips have come against the Panthers, Giants and Browns. This will be a much tougher test and the Ravens are expected to win by at least a touchdown.

Expected score: Ravens 30, Bengals 23
The choice: Ravens -6
