Ja’Marr Chase’s agent celebrated the Bengals WR’s big night against the Ravens with a funny tweet

The Cincinnati Bengals had better start saving their money.

Bengals star receiver Ja’Marr Chase made history in Thursday’s 35-34 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, and he may have landed himself an even bigger contract, too. Chase left Ravens defenders gasping for air after posting a monster stat line of 11 catches for 264 yards and three touchdowns, becoming the first player in NFL history to record at least 250 receiving yards and yards in multiple games recorded two touchdowns.

Chase’s agent Caitlin Aoki took to social media to comment on the superstar’s productive evening.

“He always makes my job easier lmao,” Aoki wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Chase and Cincinnati engaged in a lengthy contract dispute before the start of the season, with the 24-year-old wideout holding out through training camp as he and his agent tried to reach a long-term contract extension.

The LSU product, who is currently in the fourth year of his rookie contract, was reportedly close to completing a deal with the Bengals but ultimately chose to play for the Bengals without securing his sack.

Perhaps Chase’s performance on Thursday night will steer Cincinnati’s front office in the right direction this offseason. It was rumored that Chase would make a deal similar in size to CeeDee Lamb from the Dallas Cowboys and Justin Jefferson from the Minnesota Vikings. He is due $4.86 million this season and $21.82 million in 2025.
