In the games’ lore, Warwick was a former Zaun gangster who gave up his life of crime, only to be captured and experimented on by Singed. Singed transformed this nameless man into a monstrous Lycan by splitting his DNA with monsters and augmenting him with new inventions. After breaking free, Warwick roamed the streets of Zaun, the remnants of his lost personality keeping his ferocious thirst for blood away from the innocent.


Warwick is a fierce fighter League of Legendsoften used as a deadly jungler that can surprise and slice opponents into pieces. His arrival in Arcane could make him one of the few characters strong enough to take on skilled warriors like Ambessa, especially if the show reflects his improved regeneration through the game. Vander, a former miner turned revolutionary, renounced violence but remained a de facto leader in the underground city of Zaun.
