West Ham United v Everton: Premier League – BBC Sport

  • West Ham have won five of their last eight Premier League games against Everton (L3), as many as they have won in their previous 30 games against Everton (D9 L16).

  • Everton have won more Premier League games (29) and away games (13) against West Ham overall than against any other opponent. In fact, almost a third of the Toffees’ Premier League wins in London have come against the Hammers (32.5% – 13/40).

  • Everton have lost their last three away games in the Premier League against London sides by an aggregate score of 12-1. They last lost four times in a row in the capital between January and September 2018.

  • After losing their first three Premier League home games this season, West Ham have now won their last two at the London Stadium. They last won three times in a row in May/August 2023, and most recently in October 2022 in the same season.

  • West Ham have conceded at least one goal in each of their last 14 Premier League home games. This is the longest streak of any team and the Hammers’ longest streak ever in the competition. The last time they failed to keep a clean sheet in more consecutive home games in the top division was between December 1964 and October 1965 (16).

  • Everton lost their first four Premier League games this season, conceding 13 goals. However, they have only lost one of their subsequent six (2 wins, 3 draws), conceding four goals in that time, the fewest of any team.

  • West Ham have conceded 15 goals in the first 15 minutes of Premier League games so far in 2024, the most such goals conceded by any team in a single calendar year in the competition. Five have done so so far this season, a joint league high along with Ipswich.

  • All three of Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s Premier League goals against West Ham came at the London Stadium, with the last two coming in a 1-0 win for Everton. Only against Newcastle (5) did he score more away goals in the competition than at West Ham.

  • Jarrod Bowen has scored in his last two Premier League home games for West Ham, most recently in three consecutive goals at the London Stadium in February 2022. Bowen has also been involved in five goals in his last six league games against Everton (3 goals, 2 assists).

  • No player has completed more passes into the penalty area (including crosses) in the Premier League this season than Everton’s Dwight McNeil (86), while only Cole Palmer and Bukayo Saka (28) have created more chances than McNeil (27).
