UK Wildcats News: Matchday Kentucky vs. Bucknell

Good morning, BBN!

It’s a Saturday without Kentucky football, but don’t worry, Kentucky Basketball Saturdays are officially back!

Their debut on Monday sparked a spark at BBN that has been all over Twitter in recent days. There is nothing better than when this fan base is enthusiastic.

The most impressive part of their win for me was the number of offensive sets I saw run on the court each time. It was quick and there were always several ways to move the ball.

However, it’s only one game and this team still has a long way to go. Bucknell is already 2-0 this season and second-year head coach John Griffin is looking to ignite his own spark.

It should be an entertaining game, along with other really entertaining matchups today like Tennessee vs. Louisville and Arkansas vs. Baylor.

While the Wildcats have decided not to play a major matchup this Saturday, all eyes will be on the Wildcats on Tuesday when they take on Duke.

Tweet of the day:

Jelly roll with the cats!
