Ted Cruz’s daughter Caroline’s “disgusting” reaction to his praise of Trump goes viral, the internet hails her as a “legend”

The Cruz family made a stunning appearance Tuesday night during their father’s victory speech as a Texas senator. However, the 16-year-old, who had previously stated that she disagreed with her father’s political views, found it difficult to maintain her composure.

The veteran politician was elected for the third consecutive term after a bitter battle against Democratic Rep. Colin Allred.

During his statement on stage in Houston, Cruz, who defeated Allred 54 percent to 43 percent, said he “hopes and prays that Donald Trump is re-elected.”

Meanwhile, Caroline took a “disgusting” look at her father’s message for Trump, who handily won Texas and reclaimed his place in the White House. The teenager, wearing a red dress, grimaced and appeared to tell the crowd to “not clap for this.”

Video of Caroline’s reaction to her father’s comments is making the rounds online and is becoming increasingly popular among Democrats.

Voters have praised Caroline for her humorous response after the clip was uploaded to TikTok, Daily Mail reported.

In the comments section of a video shared on TikTok, one user wrote: “Caroline Cruz. Legend.”

“She didn’t even try to hide it,” another commented, while a third user chimed in: “Caroline Cruz is that girl.”

“Looks like the women in this family are the only ones with integrity,” replied another.

Caroline first spoke out against her father in 2022 when she revealed on TikTok that she often disagrees with her father’s opinions.

“A lot of people judge me based on him at first glance, but I strongly disagree with most of his views,” she noted.
