Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight for start time on Netflix

Mike Tyson steps back into the ring for his first professional boxing match in over two decades and faces a man 31 years his junior in Jake Paul.

Paul has already scored two knockouts this year, most recently defeating BKFC champion Mike Perry in July, the same night he was originally scheduled to face Tyson before the fight was postponed. Tyson last fought in an unrated exhibition bout against fellow Hall of Famer Roy Jones Jr. in 2020.

Ahead of Friday, here’s where to find out when the fighters will enter the ring on fight night, as well as how to watch and the full fight card.

When will the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul take place?

Friday’s four-fight card, headlined by Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul, premieres at 7 p.m. (CT) on Netflix. Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are scheduled to make their rounds to the main event around 10:00 p.m. CT.

There will also be three preliminary bouts before the main card, which were originally scheduled to air on Netflix.

These bouts, which include Bruce “Shu Shu” Carrington in the opener and Shadasia Green in a 168-pound title bout, will be broadcast live on the Most Valuable Promotions and Netflix Sports YouTube channels beginning at 4:30 p.m. CT.

The undercard for Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul includes a highly anticipated rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano for the undisputed 140-pound title, alongside welterweight champion Mario Barrios in a title defense.

Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul Netflix Price

There are a number of curiosities surrounding the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. The broadcast is one of them, as it is the first boxing event to be broadcast live on Netflix. The fight card is free to all Netflix subscribers, a departure from the typical pay-per-view model used for boxing’s most anticipated fights.
