Polymarket pays American KOLs to promote electoral betting services

ChainCatcher News: Prediction platform Polymarket has paid American social media KOLs to promote its election betting services. However, the platform is actually prohibited from offering betting services to US users, including betting on the presidential election. In September, Armand Saramout, Polymarket’s senior growth director, sought sponsorship deals with influential figures in the US. Over the past few weeks, several Instagram accounts with large followings have posted sponsored content from Polymarket using the hashtags #PMPartner and #PolymarketPartner. (Bloomberg)
