A man has been arrested following a knife attack in Northwest D.C., according to police

Police arrested a person who stabbed a man in Northwest, D.C., on Sunday, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

On Nov. 10, after midnight, officers said they responded to the 1800 block of 7th Street for a stabbing. A man reported to police that he was stabbed by a person after an argument.

The man who was stabbed was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.

A short time later, officers said they located the person allegedly connected to the stabbing. Police identified the person as 53-year-old Maurice Felder.

Felder was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (knife).
