Amanda Bynes speaks openly about her health.

The former actress shared a post on her Instagram Story on Tuesday (November 5) with a screenshot of her pedometer on her phone, showing that she logged nearly 15,000 steps and over 6 miles that day. It also showed that she burned 481 calories.

Already in March, Amanda said her mental health issues, particularly her battle with depression, had impacted her weight.

“I gained over 20 pounds. “I have been suffering from depression for the past few months,” she wrote at the time. “I feel much better now and have learned to do the opposite when I don’t feel like working out or eating clean.”
