Ariana Grande shows off Dorothy in crystal slippers at the ‘Wicked’ premiere in LA

There’s no place like Hollywood.

Ariana Grande joined her “Wicked” co-stars at the premiere of the highly anticipated film in Los Angeles on Saturday, where she subtly glittered from head to toe.

The actress, who plays Glinda in the upcoming film adaptation of the musical, matched the red carpet’s “Shiz University” theme perfectly in a custom Thom Browne look that was reminiscent of Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz.”

She looked stunning in a strapless white duchess satin dress with matching cape, all covered in pink gingham crystals and silk thread embroidery – a nod to Dorothy’s iconic blue checked dress.

A representative for Thom Browne told Page Six Style that the dazzling dress was made from 600,000 triple-cut beads and 50,000 pink crystals and took 50 people more than 6,000 hours to complete.

Grande’s shoes, modeled after Dorothy’s original pair – which were silver rather than ruby in the 1900 book – were covered in 4,000 Swarovski crystals, the rep reveals.

“We obviously wanted to give a nod to both Glinda and Dorothy with the original jeweled shoes from the L. Frank Baum books — which actually weren’t rubies!” Grande, 31, told Vogue.

She also brought her own Toto, carried a basket bag shaped like the fashion brand’s iconic Hector dog, and pulled her hair into a bun, tied with a matching bow. Gloves completed Grande’s look.

“Working with Thom Browne was, as always, a dream come true,” continued the superstar, who has worn several of the designer’s custom looks in recent weeks.

“My favorite part about this dress is probably the asymmetry of the skirt, which goes from top to bottom, which looks very Ozian to me. [And] the intricate beading of the gingham check pattern.”

This isn’t the first time the “7 Rings” singer has paid tribute to beloved characters of yore at her own premieres; In Sydney, Australia, she mimicked Billie Burke’s “Good Witch” from the 1939 film, looking ethereal in a fluffy pink Vivienne Westwood dress and more than 100 carats of Lorraine Schwartz diamonds.

Of course, she’s gone positively pink almost everywhere from “SNL” to the 2024 Paris Olympics and beyond, while co-star Cynthia Erivo, who plays Elphaba, dresses green in her outfits.

On Saturday, Erivo opted for a green Louis Vuitton latex dress with cutouts, a fringed cape and a massive Roberto Coin diamond and emerald necklace.

Jonathan Bailey (Fiyero), meanwhile, wore a silver sequin shirt, poppy pin and ruby loafers to complete the trio’s synergy.
