Brian Daboll is angry after Daniel Jones fumbled in the Giants’ ugly first half against the Panthers

Brian Daboll might be losing patience with Daniel Jones.

The Giants coach was downright angry at his quarterback for not pulling the trigger in the first half of the Giants’ game against the Panthers in Germany due to flea flare, according to the NFL Network broadcast.

On 3rd-and-1 at the Giants’ 49-yard line, Jones was sacked by DJ Wonnum.

But the play only came about when Jones hesitated and couldn’t get rid of the ball, even though receiver Wan’Dale Robinson was wide open on the field and rookie wideout Malik Nabers also provided separation.

It was a miserable half for Jones and the Giants’ offense.

Jones completed 6 of 14 passes for 54 yards and threw an interception deep in Carolina territory after a deflection.

Big Blue didn’t score in the first 30 minutes of the game against one of the NFL’s worst defenses.

The Panthers led 10-0 at halftime, only the second time this year they led at halftime.
