CKY’s Chad I Ginsburg comments on fight with Alien Ant Farm singer: ‘I had NO choice and a GOOD reason for what happened’

In a surprising development yesterday, November 9th, alternative metal band CKY were booted from their European/UK tour with platinum-certified alternative rockers Alien ant farm. As Dryden Mitchellthe singer of the latter band, announced in a statement, CKY Singer/guitarist Chad I Ginsburg had allegedly exhibited a pattern of disruptive behavior while on the hike while also insulting the crew.

After I was officially informed, Ginsburg is said to have struck Mitchell on the face. Speaking of the incident and the decision to be kicked out CKY from the hike, Mitchell explained yesterday:

“Unfortunately, Chad out of CKY After all these years, she still hasn’t figured out how to live with others. You won’t be there anymore Alien ant farm Then tour the rest of the UK Chad hit me in the face earlier today. I saw him treat several crew members and opening band members like trash during the European shows and cause general drama in our camp. Before the last European shows I attended Chad and asked if he had any problems with anyone specifically and if he would like to have a meeting with the entire crew and bands to discuss what’s going on, he put down the table in the dressing room, threw away his phone and then said their show off…

Today we had business matters to sort out and I told his manager what a problem it was Chad was verbally messing up the bus and messing up all his messes every day so other people could clean it up… Well, he punched me in the face and pretty much ran away from what I imagine would be future problems.

I am grateful for my sobriety and grateful that I did not physically fight back in any way. I would like to continue these shows and apologize to everyone CkY fans for ChadBehave. We have no negative feelings about it Jess And Elvis In CKY and I’m disappointed to see her go, but I will never knowingly put myself in dangerous situations, so this had to end.

After suffering a Cl and C2 fusion (spinal fracture) in a bus accident years ago, I’m hoping all is well in this area. The shows will continue without CKYand we hope that everyone will continue to enjoy spending wonderful evenings with us CKY fans. If you do not, we understand and will issue appropriate refunds.

Stay healthy everyone. And ChadGo to the gym… After that, get a therapist, and maybe in 25 years we can shake hands. Until then. Get help, my dear Dryden

Now Ginsburg responded with a short response of his own on social media, here’s what he had to say:

“UK CKY fans
Get your money back!!
I had NO choice and no GOOD reason for what happened.
I will always defend myself
You know me much better!

“Sorry to the fans”

Ginsburg accompanied his post with several hashtags including: #cky #uktour #tourcancelled #onesidedbullshit #twosidestoeverystory #ifyouonlyknew.

While the situation comes to an end CKYTime on the go with Alien ant farm This month it is expected to have future implications as the two bands have been booked to tour Australia and New Zealand together in early 2025. Given the tone of Mitchell‘s statement, one might assume CKY are also no longer part of this bill.
