Fight week schedule, press conference and more

It’s fight week for Jake Paul and Mike Tyson.

AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, will host one of the most anticipated boxing events in recent history on Friday night. For those unable to attend the Paul vs. Tyson/Serrano vs. Taylor II mega-event in Arlington, the event will be broadcast exclusively on Netflix for all streaming service subscribers.

While the fight will not be available on traditional pay-per-view, some bars and restaurants have been authorized with DirecTV to show the full fight card. So if you don’t want to remember another streaming login or still want to watch the action with a crowd, there are a few watch parties in North Texas.

The “Paul vs. Tyson and Taylor vs. Serrano II” main cards begin Friday at 7:00 p.m. CT on Netflix.

The broadcast will feature a star-studded team of boxing experts, former champions and entertainment personalities. British sports presenter Kate Scott will act as lead presenter, with former world champion Andre Ward as lead booth analyst. Ringside play-by-play commentary will be conducted by Mauro Ranallo, supported by ring analysis from Roy Jones Jr. and Rosie Perez. Sean Wheelock will serve as rules and scoring expert. Ariel Helwani and Sibley Scoles will serve as reporters, with Kody “Big Mo” Mommaerts announcing in the ring.

The preliminary card featuring Shadasia Green vs. Melinda Watpool for the WBO super middleweight title, Lucas Bahdi vs. Armando Casamonica and Bruce “Shu Shu” Carrington vs. Australia’s Dana Coolwell begins at 4:30 p.m. CT at AT&T Stadium. The fights will be broadcast live on YouTube by Most Valuable Promotions, Netflix Sports YouTube and Tudum, with ringside reporters Amir Tyson and Scoles appearing alongside the card’s main broadcast team.

Paul Tyson Fight Week Events

All Paul vs. Tyson Fight Week events are free and open to the public at the Toyota Music Factory Pavilion in Irving. Fight week events will be streamed live on the Most Valuable Promotions YouTube channel, Netflix YouTube channel and Tudum, among others. For fans in attendance, the door opens daily at 5:00 p.m. CT.

The live broadcast of Paul vs. Tyson on Netflix and the fight week events are produced by EverWonder Studio and ConCom.

Tuesday (November 12th): Open training sessions

Open workouts for Paul vs. Tyson begin at 5:30 p.m. CT. Martial arts presenter and announcer Dasha Kuret will serve as host and Scoles will serve as reporter. They will be joined by co-hosts Amir Tyson, former MMA champion Tyron Woodley and boxing commentator Wade Plemons. Fans can watch the event on MVP’s YouTube channel and on MVP’s Instagram.

Wednesday (November 13): Press conference

Netflix and MVP Paul vs. Tyson’s final press conference begins at 6:00 p.m. CT. Martial arts journalist Ariel Helwani will moderate the press conference on stage. Plemons, Amir Tyson and Woodley will co-host the opening and closing segments. The press conference will be broadcast live on Most Valuable Promotions’ YouTube channel, Netflix’s YouTube channel, Netflix Sports YouTube, Most Valuable Promotions’ Instagram and Netflix’s Tudum.

Thursday (November 14): Weigh-in

The public weigh-ins between Paul and Tyson begin at 6:00 p.m. CT. Martial arts announcer Kody “Big Mo” Mommaerts will serve as moderator and report to Helwani on stage. Scott will join Jones Jr. as an analyst at the weigh-in table, along with Woodley. The weigh-ins will be broadcast live on MVP’s YouTube channel, Netflix’s YouTube channel, Netflix Sports YouTube, MVP’s Instagram, Netflix’s TikTok and Netflix’s Tudum.
