Former NBA star Atlanta Hawk Dwight Howard exited “Dancing with the Stars.”

A giant from Georgia has made a breakthrough with “Dancing with the Stars.”

Former NBA star and Georgia native who briefly played with the Atlanta Hawks, Dwight Howard and his partner Daniella Karagach were the latest couple eliminated from the Channel 2 ballroom dancing competition.

The show celebrated its 500th episode on Tuesday with a tribute to some of its most famous dances of the year.

Howard and Karagach performed an Argentine tango to Gotan Project’s “Santa María (del Buen Ayre),” inspired by IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe and his partner Sharna Burgess’ dance to the same song in 2016. The NBA star scored 26 out of 30 points.

Afterwards, the final six couples competed in the Instant Dance Challenge, where they had five minutes to choreograph and learn a dance to a randomly assigned style and song.

Howard and Karagach led Panic! a paso doble. with “Victorious” in the disco and received 22 out of 30 points.

Their results placed them bottom of the leaderboard with 48 out of a possible 60 points on the night and were not enough to save them from elimination.

Georgia native and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” actress Phaedra Parks was eliminated last month when the couples competed against Disney Night.

Dancing with the Stars airs Tuesday nights at 8pm on Channel 2.
