A 6-foot-10 stretch foursome Houston (Texas) St. Francis Episcopal School, Walls selected the Mustangs from a final three list that also included: Auburn and TCU. Walls appreciated the coaching staff’s attention to detail when it came to his development.

“Andy Enfield, Chris Capkoand Jeremie Hart all called me to check on me and tell me what I need to work on and how I need to play,” Walls said. “They see me as a player who can get out there and get going, who can stretch the field” and guard multiple positions. Coach Enfield trusts me with the shooting aspect. He has trained the greatest shooters in the world and will develop me into an elite shooter to reach the next level.”

With Walls on board, he joins in Jaden Toombs in Jermaine O’Neal Jr. to give Enfield a top ten class in the country. Walls expects to bring a high work ethic to Dallas once he arrives on campus.

“I’m going to put my head down and work every day,” Walls said. “I am a winner who doesn’t give up. My goal is to get to the next level and the only way I can do that is to win.”
