News shortly after filing: “It was like a loaded gun was being waved in my face.”

He continued, accusing the plaintiff of blackmail: “Hush money, no matter how much or how little, is still hush money.” For me, that means admitting to behavior that I am incapable of – ugly acts that no human being should do this to another.”

In the lawsuit from Jane RoeThe plaintiff accused Brooks of “talking openly about sexual topics” and sending her sexually explicit messages, including one “about a threesome with his wife, Ms. Yearwood.”

“[Brooks] is the victim of extortion,” the country wrote in legal documents obtained by E! News available. “When Jane Roe threatened to publish lies about him with the intent of blackmailing him.” [Brooks] to pay her millions of dollars – he filed this lawsuit to protect his reputation, reveal the truth and put an end to her scheme.”
