If you missed the latest shenanigans of Marvel’s most despicable superhero in theaters, now’s your chance to watch the film from the comfort of your couch. Here’s everything you need to know to watch Deadpool and Wolverine at home.

what is Deadpool and Wolverine around?

Director: Shawn Levy, (Free guy, Night at the museum), Deadpool and Wolverine uses a bit of enlightenment to situate its narrative after the events of Dead Pool, Deadpool 2And Logan. It’s about Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool (Reynolds), whose existence is threatened when the Time Variance Authority intervenes in his life. To save his universe, he hijacks the TVA to ask a non-dead Wolverine (Jackman) for help. But, as Mashable’s film editor Kristy Puchko wrote in her review, “Things go from team-up to trouble when Deadpool and his kidnapped Wolverine end up in the TVA wasteland.”

Is Deadpool and Wolverine Worth seeing?

Second only to Disney-Pixar Inside Out 2, Deadpool and WolverineThe national, international and worldwide box office numbers make it the biggest theatrical release of the year. But as you probably know, numbers don’t always tell the whole story. In this case, audiences not only came for the film but also left the theaters with enthusiasm. The audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes is currently 94 percent. Critics, on the other hand, are a little less enthusiastic. The sequel has just a 78 percent critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Our own reviewer criticized Disney’s criticism of Marvel’s most outrageous superhero, writing, “It seems like there’s no major studio franchise to fight against or parody.” Dead Pool becomes just another cog in the Marvel machine.” However, she also adds that “Levy and his team pack so much entertainment into this messy film that it’s easy to miss its rough parts while watching it.”

Will this save superhero films? Probably not. But as Puchko noted, “It’s just so damn fun.”
