I hope Barry Keoghan’s Joker reflects a Dark Knight quote that describes the character perfectly

Barry Keoghan’s Joker could play a big role in Matt Reeves’ film The Batman – Part IIand I hope he embodies a classic Alfred quote The Dark Knight. Keoghan’s Joker only appeared briefly in The Batmanwith a small scene near the end of the film and an appearance in a deleted scene. His future in DC is unclear, but he could play a significant role The Batman – Part IIwhether he is the central villain or a secondary antagonist. Still, this Joker has a lot going for it, as every interpretation of the villain is always compared to Heath Ledger’s Joker.

Ledger’s Joker is iconic for many reasons. The actor’s performance in this role was incredible, delivering a crazy villain who was always one step ahead of everyone else. The Dark KnightThe Joker was truly an agent of chaos, and his lack of morals or code made him mysterious and frightening. All of this created the most iconic live-action version of the Joker, perfectly described in a quote from Michael Caine’s Alfred. It’s the best description of what the Joker should be, and I’m excited to see how Keoghan’s Joker will create this type of villain The Batman Universe.

Alfred’s description of The Dark Knight’s Joker fits the character perfectly

Heath Ledger’s Joker just wanted to watch the world burn.

The Joker’s motives The Dark Knight are focused on plunging Gotham into chaos. He doesn’t want power or money. He wants to send the city into a spiral by highlighting the city’s corrupt institutions and proving that people turn on each other when things don’t go their way. The Joker’s personality is expertly summed up by Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne’s butler, who tells Bruce a story about a bandit who stole gems. However, he did not sell or trade them as he stole them for fun.

The Dark Knight trilogy ranked from worst to best

Director Christopher Nolan has created one of the best superhero series of all time with The Dark Knight trilogy, and here’s how the entries stack up.

Alfred explains to Bruce: “Some men aren’t looking for anything logical, like money. They cannot be bought, bullied, reasoned with, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn“Joker proves this by burning a huge stash of money, showing that leaving a message is more important than money or power. He is a villain that Batman has difficulty figuring out, as he has no clear motive other than to prove that he is right over society.

The Penguin discovers that Gotham’s criminals are fighting over money and power

The penguin explores the game about Gotham’s underworld.

The Penguin is, on many levels, an easier villain to examine than the Joker. His main goal is wealth and control of Gotham’s drug empire. The same goes for Sofia Falcone and Salvatore Maroni – but they all have different motives. Oz wants to prove he can make something of himself and make his mother proud, Sofia wants revenge on her father and the others who wronged her, and Sal wants revenge on Penguin for his family.

Your reasoning may be different, but They all want the same thing: money, power and control. The penguin shows that they may not have morals, but they have similar interests. They don’t usually hurt innocent people, but they aren’t afraid to hurt anyone who gets in their way. However, it is easier to negotiate with them because their motives are known. What interests me is how disruptive a character like Joker can be when he establishes himself in this environment.

Barry Keoghan’s Joker can bring chaos to Batman’s criminal underworld

Sofia and Penguin may not know how to deal with Joker.

Colin Farrell speaks to Batman as The Penguin

In The penguinGotham’s dark underworld is still reeling from the Riddler’s actions The Batmanis over. The murder of Carmine Falcone and the Gotham Flood have destroyed the power hierarchy of Gotham’s criminal empire, and the Penguin and other parties are trying to pick up the pieces and rebuild. Sofia and Oz are the two frontrunners, but they still operate with the motivation of staying in control and keeping their fortune. The way they get out of certain situations is by negotiating, even if they have no intention of keeping up their end of the bargain.

You can’t negotiate with the Joker, and I hope so The Batman – Part II retains this aspect of his character. It will be interesting to see how Oz deals with someone he can’t negotiate or talk to. Joker can throw his empire into chaos and spark a massive upheaval in Gotham’s criminal underworld. This is something Batman would have to deal with himself if it were to unfold, as he tries to prevent the Joker’s madness from seeping into Gotham’s soul.
