Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson full card on Netflix: Latest updates, odds

play

It’s finally fight week for Jake Paul and Mike Tyson, after months of preparation for their fight, scheduled for Friday, November 15th at AT&T Stadium and airing nationally on Netflix. The narrative is equal parts edgy, fascinating and familiar. A 58-year-old former heavyweight champion known for knocking out his opponents meets a 27-year-old YouTube star-turned-boxer in a soccer stadium. The promos almost write themselves.

“It would be the greatest moment in the history of boxing on Friday night if I put that man to sleep,” Paul told Tyson in a clip recently released by Most Valuable Promotions, the company Paul founded that puts on the boxing event.

“He dreams a lot,” Tyson Paul replied. “That won’t come true, young man.”

With the release of a Netflix documentary series as well as another pre-fight press conference and statement in the next few days, there will likely be more on this. It’s not the only game taking place on Friday either.

“I think every single fighter in the world wants to be on this card,” said Katie Taylor, who holds lightweight and super lightweight world title belts and will face Amanda Serrano in a rematch of their memorable 2022 clash.

In fact, there are six more matches scheduled before the main event between Tyson and Paul. Here’s a rundown of who’s fighting and what you need to know ahead of this highly anticipated boxing spectacle:

Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul: Full card, latest updates

The fight between Tyson and Paul was originally announced last March and was scheduled for July 20th. Due to Tyson’s health problems, the event had to be postponed until November 15th.

Most Valuable Promotions has gradually announced six additional matches for the fight card, starting last April with the announcement that Taylor and Serrano would serve as the co-main event. Her first fight in April 2022, which Taylor won by split decision, was the first women’s boxing match to headline an event at Madison Square Garden.
