Uncrowned has the Jaron “Boots” Ennis vs. Karen Chukhadzhian 2 and Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez vs. Pedro Guevara results, live round-by-round updates, start time and highlights for Saturday’s Ennis vs. Chukhadzhian 2 fight card in Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. In a blockbuster doubleheader for the championship, pound-for-pound stars Jaron “Boots” Ennis and Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez put their respective titles on the line against Karen Chukhadzhian and Pedro Guevara.

Ennis (32-0, 29 KOs) is one of boxing’s rising stars. The 27-year-old continues his quest to unify the welterweight titles with a rematch Saturday against Chukhadzhian (24-2, 13 KOs) to defend his IBF welterweight title. Ennis defeated Chukhadzhian in January 2023 in a losing effort.

As a co-headliner, Rodriguez (20-0, 13 KOs) looks to defend his WBC super flyweight title and pound-for-pound rating against another tough test in Pedro Guevara (42-4-1, 22 KOs). .

The start time for Ennis vs. Chukhadzhian begins at 4:30 p.m. ET on DAZN. The main card begins at 7:00 p.m. ET.

    DOWNS GOES COE from a left body shot. Gallegos goes for the finish, but Coe responds with a strong right hand. Gallegos backs off now, Coe follows with a left hook and another pair of right hands. Great turnaround from Coe. Big round for the strong outsider Gallegos.

  • Coe vs. Gallegos – Round 4

    Gallegos HURT Coe with a counter right uppercut and followed up with a whirlwind. Coe’s legs look weak and he’s hanging on the ropes. Gallegos lets his hands go, but Coe blocks well. The American prospect appears to have weathered the storm for now. Coe needs to go back to his jab and distance boxing.

    Both men acted from within. Gallegos attacks the body, Coe looks for the uppercut. Coe has completely moved away from what he was successful with in the opener.

    A very different approach than Coe in Round 2. In the opener he boxed behind a power jab and picked his punches. Now he steps forward, closing the distance and trying to keep the fight at medium and close range. Coe landed a great right uppercut while Gallegos was on the ropes. However, Gallegos landed significantly more punches in the second round.

    Khalil Coe controls Gallegos for power jabs in the opening game. He reaches over with his right hand and touches Gallegos’ chin. Gallegos ends the round with a body attack, which is his only success of the round.

    American light heavyweight contender Khalil Coe (9-0-1, 7 KOs) defends his WBA-USA title for the first time against Mexican Manuel Gallegos (20-2-1, 17 KOs) over ten rounds.

    Gallegos gave super middleweight contender Diego Pacheco a tough fight last year until Pacheco prevailed with a 4th round TKO.

  • Williams vs. Garrido – Round 5

    HUGE LEFT from Williams, Garrido is badly shaken. Ammo follows him with another left hand and a right hook, Garrido is hurt and desperately trying to hold on. Williams attacks again with the left hand and floors him with a flurry, Garrido is on the ropes and he’s having a bad time, and the referee jumps in and calls it OVER!

    It was a tougher fight than expected for Williams, but he was stopped in the end.

  • Williams vs. Garrido – Round 4

    Two left-handers from Williams land cleanly at Garrido. Garrido is constantly on Ammo’s chest, making him uncomfortable in the ring and closing up the room. Right uppercut from ammo in the last 30 seconds. The ammo might be a little tiring now.

    Williams snaps Garrido’s head back with sharp left hands. Garrido is still applying pressure and is starting to have his own success with counter right hands. Garrido is warming up to this fight.

    Williams buckled Garrido’s knee with a right hook 30 seconds into the second round. It’s just too easy for Ammo to land powerful shots. However, Garrido has started to fight back, realizing he needs to slow Williams down. Williams lands straight left hands to the head and body.

    Dominant start from Williams, who boxes well on the back foot. Garrido stands in front of him with high guard but doesn’t throw much. Williams landed about a dozen clean left-handed southpaws, one of which rocked Garrido in the final minute.

  • Return of Ammo Williams is up first on the main card!

    Austin Williams (16-1, 11 KOs) returns to the ring for an 8-round middleweight bout against Gian Garrido (11-1, 8 KOs).

    It is Ammo’s first fight since an 11th-round TKO loss to Hamzah Sheeraz in June.

    Williams vs. Garrido opens the Ennis vs. Chukhadzhian 2 main card tonight at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

    Good day! What a night of boxing we have in store for tonight. That’s about as good as you could reasonably hope for from a free card. Two of America’s top rising stars, Jaron “Boots” Ennis and Jesse “Bam” Rodriguez, are both putting their respective titles on the line in succession.

    Sure, maybe the matchmaking here leaves something to be desired, but talent is talent and we’ll be seeing plenty of it tonight. How can you not love it?
