COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri football scored two touchdowns in the final 63 seconds to earn a 30-23 victory over Oklahoma on Saturday night in front of a sellout crowd at Memorial Stadium.

Trailing by seven points, 23-16, with 2:00 minutes left, Drew Pyne And Theo Wease Jr. led a 75-yard drive in 57 seconds to tie the game, capping the score with a 10-yard touchdown for a 23-23 game.

The Tigers then didn’t wait for overtime to get the win. Triston Newson picked up a sack fumble and Zion Young completed a scoop-and-score for the 30-23 win with just 22 ticks remaining.

In his first start as a Tiger, Pyne completed 14 of 27 passes for 143 yards and three scores, with Wease as the receiver for four receptions and two touchdowns. Corey Flagg Jr. Mizzou led the way with 14 tackles, with Newson adding 10 stops, including 2.5 for loss and the game-winning sack and forced fumble.

The Tigers, who improved to 7-2 with the win and 3-2 in SEC play, are back in action next Saturday at South Carolina. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
