Metra UP-N train hits pedestrians, significant delays expected

A Metra UP-N train struck a pedestrian, causing significant delays during rush hour Friday morning.

The pedestrian was struck around 6 a.m. near the Clybourn stop on Chicago’s North Side. Incoming and outgoing trains on the UP-N line were stopped while police investigated.
