Mike Tyson blasts his trainer and shows off his ripped torso, leaving fans thinking his fight against 27-year-old Jake Paul is ‘already over’ despite their 31-year age difference.

  • Tyson faces Jake Paul this Friday night at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas
  • There is a 31-year age difference between 58-year-old Tyson and social media sensation Paul
  • The pair hit the ring for an open workout on Tuesday night and Tyson shined

Mike Tyson came out with a vengeance and this was just public service.

The last thing a great boxer loses is his punch, and the impact of the leather on the pads was as thunderous as ever.

What was most notable, however, was the hand speed of the combinations. If Iron Mike has slowed down in this regard at age 58, it’s hardly noticeable.

Impressing even himself, he told several thousand people at the Toyota Motor factory that he went back to the gym the first day after he signed the contract to fight YouTuber Jake Paul at Dallas Cowboys Stadium on Friday night: “Me thought, what the hell did I do?’

He then added, “I got through the process and feel great now.”

He took off his top, revealing a body as muscular as in his prime as a world champion. When reminded that his family will all be fighting ringside forever, he said, “My children will see that their father is very special.”

“You will also learn not to say anything back to me.”

The same lesson could be taught to an opponent young enough to be his son if Tyson connects with the kind of power he demonstrated here.

However, Iron Mike left the auditorium early before Paul arrived to put him through his paces.

“He goes on his Horlicks and goes out early for the night,” said one smartass. “Whatever it takes, brother.”

Tyson’s hits on the pads reminded fans that he still has incredible punching power.

The former two-time world champion delivered his infamous left hook as he wildly pushed his trainer into the corner of the ring.

There were moments when Tyson was so focused on showcasing his speed and power that he ended up with three combinations that his trainer didn’t expect.

Still, fans both in the arena and watching online were in awe of the once undisputed heavyweight champion.

One excited fan wrote: ‘Mike Tyson still got it! Jake Paul better be prepared for a REAL fight!’

The clip of Tyson’s training has even led some social media users to suspect that 27-year-old social media star Paul won’t make it past the first round.

“If Tyson can throw one of these legendary punches early on, Mike Tyson could end it before Paul’s Instagram Live feed even loads in 30 seconds or less,” one account wrote.

While another said: “He’s going to back Jake and uncork that famous punching combination and I want to see how Jake reacts to it.”

Meanwhile, Paul takes a more relaxed approach to his training and rocks into the arena with a bizarre hairstyle that resembles a chicken.

While the YouTuber-turned-boxer joked, he also showed off the plethora of combinations he plans to use on Friday night.

The long-awaited fight, originally scheduled to take place in July, will take place Friday night at AT&T Stadium in Texas and stream on Netflix.
