The Rams won three straight to even their record at 4-4 and get back into the NFC playoffs. They’ll look to score their fourth straight goal on Monday Night Football tonight against the Dolphins. It looks like a lost season for the Dolphins, who have lost their last three games but last week welcomed back quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who has been sidelined since the second week of the season with another concussion.

The Dolphins and Rams start tonight at 8:15 p.m. ET (5:15 p.m. PT) on ABC. The Manning brothers are off tonight; The ManningCast will return next week.

If you don’t have a cable or satellite TV subscription, you can watch Monday Night Football through a live TV streaming service. The good news for soccer fans is that ESPN is available on all five major streaming services.

How to watch MNF without cable

The main channel for Monday Night Football is ESPN. Almost every Monday night game will be shown on ESPN, as well as ABC and ESPN Plus for seven weeks. The only time you won’t be able to watch an MNF game on ESPN is the final MNF doubleheader of the season in Week 15, when one game is broadcast on ESPN and the other on ABC and ESPN Plus.

You can also watch Monday Night Football on ABC for most remaining weeks of the season; This week and Week 13 will only be shown on ESPN.

The ManningCast on ESPN2 is scheduled for most Monday nights during the season and a Wild Card game, with six of those regular season Monday nights and the Wild Card game also streaming on ESPN Plus.
