Northeast Philadelphia man hospitalized after being shot in the head – NBC10 Philadelphia

Police are investigating after officials said a 22-year-old man survived being shot in the head in an incident that occurred Monday morning, Nov. 11, 2024, in the Tacony neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia.

According to police, officers responded to the 6500 block of Ditman Street in the Tacony neighborhood around 8:02 a.m. Monday morning after a 22-year-old man was shot in the head.

According to police, the man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was in critical condition.

A weapon related to this incident has been recovered, but police say there have been no arrests yet.

According to law enforcement officials, an investigation is ongoing with the Philadelphia Police Department’s Shooting Investigation Group.
