Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel became the FBS all-time leader in touchdowns with 179. With his second touchdown pass in Saturday’s game against Maryland, Gabriel Case surpassed Keenum, who previously set the record in Houston from 2007 to 2011.

Midway through the third quarter, Gabriel hit offensive lineman Gernorris Wilson for a three-yard score, clinching first place. Just before halftime, he tied Keenum on the all-time list with a nine-yard touchdown pass to Terrance Ferguson with 20 seconds left in the second quarter.

During his six college seasons, Gabriel scored 146 passing touchdowns, 32 rushing scores and one receiving touchdown. Across the three schools he has played for in his career, Gabriel threw 70 TDs at UCF, 55 at Oklahoma and 21 so far at Oregon. He scored eight TDs with the Knights, 18 for the Sooners and six with the Ducks. His only touchdown was at UCF in the 2021 season.

Keenum threw 155 touchdowns for the Cougars while scoring another 23 points. He twice had 44 touchdown passes in a season and threw 48 as a senior. His highest single-season total in rushing TDs came as a freshman when he scored nine times during the 2007 season.
