“Origins” takes Mark Harmon’s final scene as Gibbs in the original series

NCIS: Origins Episode 5 shows the importance of fishing to Gibbs. Mike Franks (Kyle Schmid) and his team work on a case that triggers an emotional reaction in Gibbs. Gibbs and Lala Dominguez (Mariel Molino) find themselves in a sensitive operation in the desert. When a truck pulls up with two Latinx men, Gibbs escalates the situation to Lala’s frustration. Lala knows Spanish and communicates with the civilians until one of them quickly reaches into the glove compartment, prompting Gibbs to point his gun at her and demand that she get out of the truck.
