Swift makes history at the 2024 Grammys

In February, Swift scored a historic win by winning fourth album of the year and caused a stir online after announcing her brand new album, The Tortured Poets Department.

“I would like to tell you that this is the best moment of my life,” she said, holding the Album of the Year statue, “but I feel so happy when I finish a song or the code for a song Bridge cracking,” which I love, or when I’m about to perform a music video, or when I’m rehearsing with my dancers or my band, or getting ready to go to Tokyo to play a show.

Swift had six nominations and walked away with two gold statuettes that night.
