Todd Golden of Florida is charged with sexual harassment and stalking in the Title IX complaint

Florida coach Todd Golden was accused of sexual harassment and stalking in a Title IX complaint filed with the university on Sept. 27, according to a report Friday afternoon by Jack Meyer and Max Tucker The alligator.

Golden, 39, is accused of “sexual exploitation, sexual harassment and stalking” against students at the university.

According to Meyer and Tucker, the complaint alleges that Golden secretly took photos of women and then sent them to the women.

“Gold allegedly approached women on Instagram on more than one occasion by liking photos and then waiting until they read the direct message before unliking the photos to avoid suspicion,” Meyer and Tucker wrote .

Golden has been coaching at Florida since his third year. He is 42-29 and attends the school after leading the Gators to the 2024 NCAA Men’s Tournament; He previously trained in San Francisco, which he took to the tournament in 2022.
