After a nearly two-year hiatus, part two of “Yellowstone” season 5 airs this weekend.

The popular TV show follows the dramatic lives of the Dutton family as they contend with constant conflict on their cattle ranch in Montana.

Here’s what to know about the return of “Yellowstone” and how to watch it.

When does the second part of the fifth season of “Yellowstone” start?

The second part of the fifth season will premiere on Sunday, November 10th, picking up where the series left off after the eighth episode premiered on January 1st, 2023.

The season will air six new episodes between November 10 and December 15, with each new episode premiering on Sundays.

Will Kevin Costner be in Part 2 of Yellowstone Season 5?

In June, Kevin Costner, who plays patriarch John Dutton on the series, announced in a video that he would not be returning for part two of season five. Costner’s statement came shortly after Paramount announced the premiere date.

People magazine reported that Costner’s decision was due, among other things, to a lack of script and scheduling conflicts with his film “Horizon.”

Will Season 5 be the final season of Yellowstone?

Season five will be the final season of Yellowstone. In a behind-the-scenes clip posted on the show’s official YouTube channel, the cast and crew talk about what it was like being on set for the final season and the secrecy they had to endure while filming.

The show’s director, Christina Voros, said they had to overcome a number of new challenges and “there was a lot of security around the script and the narrative.”

In the video, actress Jen Landon, who plays Teeter, said that the actors had “redacted scripts” where “basically everything is redacted except for your lines.”

Despite the secrecy, the cast and crew appeared to be in good spirits and excited to bring the final season to viewers.

Here’s how to watch the fifth season premiere of “Yellowstone.”

The new season of “Yellowstone” will be available to stream on Paramount+ and Peacock on Sunday, November 10th at 8:00 pm EST. It airs Sunday, November 10th at 10:00 pm ET on CBS.
